2. No attorney-client relationship

3. Other matters of professional responsibility
Sensitive Communications. You may send us email or other electronic messages. However, if you communicate with us in connection with a matter for which we do not already represent you, you should not send us confidential or sensitive information because your communication will not be treated as privileged or confidential. If you communicate with us electronically in connection with a matter for which we already represent you, you should note that the security of Internet communications is uncertain. By sending sensitive or confidential email or other communications that are not encrypted, you accept the risks of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
Authorized Jurisdictions; Certifications. While Fadli Law practices law in the jurisdictions in which its attorneys are located, each Fadli Law attorney may not be licensed outside of the state in which he or she practices. Except as specifically stated, each Fadli Law attorney is not certified (including as a specialist) by any professional or government authority. The listing of Fadli Law attorneys in practice groups is not intended to indicate any professional or governmental certification.
Principal Office; Responsible Attorney. Fadli Law’s principal office is its San Bruno, California office. Fadli Law’s responsible attorney for the office is Yousef Fadli.
Attorney Advertising. This Site is not intended as an advertisement or solicitation even if certain jurisdictions treat it as such.
